Arrowhead Door Co. Announces Promotion of Braden Thomas to Senior Garage Door Technician

United States, 8th Sep 2026 — Arrowhead Door Co., a trusted provider of garage door repair, garage door installation, and garage door services throughout Independence, Missouri and the greater Kansas City area, is pleased to announce the promotion of Braden Thomas to Senior Garage Door Technician.

Thomas has been an important member of the Arrowhead Door Co. team and has demonstrated the technical knowledge, reliability, professionalism, and commitment to customer service that the company values. His promotion recognizes his continued growth as a garage door professional and his ability to provide customers with dependable solutions for a wide range of residential and commercial garage door needs.

As a Senior Garage Door Technician, Thomas will take on additional responsibilities involving garage door repair, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technician support. His experience will also allow him to assist with more complex garage door service calls and help maintain the high level of workmanship customers have come to expect from Arrowhead Door Co.

“Braden has worked hard to earn this promotion, and we are proud to recognize his accomplishments,” said a representative of Arrowhead Door Co. “His dedication to doing the job correctly, taking care of customers, and continuing to improve his skills makes him a valuable part of our team. We look forward to seeing him continue to grow in his new role as Senior Garage Door Technician.”

Expanding Expertise in Garage Door Repair

Garage doors are among the largest moving systems in a home, and when something goes wrong, homeowners need a technician they can depend on. From broken garage door springs and damaged cables to malfunctioning garage door openers and doors that will not open or close properly, professional diagnosis and repair can help restore safe and reliable operation.

In his new position, Thomas will continue providing customers with professional garage door repair services while taking on increasingly complex service needs. His responsibilities will include diagnosing mechanical and operational problems, identifying worn or damaged components, performing repairs, and helping customers understand the options available for their garage door system.

Arrowhead Door Co. serves homeowners and businesses throughout Independence, MO, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Lee’s Summit, Raytown, Kansas City, and surrounding communities. The company’s service area includes many communities throughout Eastern Jackson County and the greater Kansas City region.

Supporting Garage Door Installation and Replacement

In addition to repair services, Arrowhead Door Co. provides garage door installation and replacement services for homeowners looking to improve the appearance, functionality, security, or energy efficiency of their homes.

A new garage door can make a significant difference in the appearance of a property, particularly because the garage door often represents a substantial portion of a home's front exterior. Choosing the right door and ensuring it is properly installed are important steps in getting long-term performance from the system.

As a Senior Garage Door Technician, Thomas will contribute his experience to garage door installation and replacement projects, helping ensure that doors and related components are installed properly and operate as intended.

A Commitment to Professional Service

Arrowhead Door Co. has built its reputation around providing dependable garage door service to customers in Independence and communities throughout the Kansas City area. The company provides a variety of residential and commercial garage door services, including garage door repair, new garage door installation, garage door replacement, garage door opener service, broken spring repair, maintenance, and emergency garage door service.

The promotion of Thomas reinforces the company's commitment to developing experienced technicians who can provide customers with knowledgeable service and practical solutions.

For homeowners, a garage door problem can happen at any time. A broken spring can leave a vehicle trapped inside a garage, a damaged cable can prevent the door from operating correctly, and a failed garage door opener can make an otherwise functional door difficult or impossible to use. Having experienced technicians available to diagnose and repair these problems is an important part of keeping homes and businesses operating smoothly.

Looking Toward the Future

Thomas's promotion comes as Arrowhead Door Co. continues to serve the growing needs of homeowners and businesses throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. As a Senior Garage Door Technician, he will play an increasingly important role in maintaining the company's service standards while helping customers with both routine and more complicated garage door needs.

The company views the promotion as both recognition of Thomas's accomplishments and an investment in the future of the Arrowhead Door Co. team.

“Customer service and quality workmanship are at the heart of what we do,” the company representative said. “Braden understands the importance of both. His promotion is well deserved, and we are excited about the experience and leadership he will bring to the Senior Garage Door Technician position.”

Arrowhead Door Co. congratulates Braden Thomas on his promotion and looks forward to his continued contributions to the company and the customers it serves throughout Independence, Missouri and the Kansas City area.
